RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
That said — if something isn’t right with your order, we’ve got you covered.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost to you.
To be eligible for a replacement:

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Proof of purchase (order number) is required
To report an issue, email us at merch@scatterbrain.com with:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

A photo of the item, if possible
Once reviewed, we’ll take care of the rest and get the correct item sent your way.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at merch@scatterbrain.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Because we do not offer returns, all items are considered final sale, including:

Exchanges
We do not offer size or style exchanges.
If there is an issue caused by us (wrong item, damaged product), we will replace the item with the correct one.
