Once your package is handed off to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, there’s always a chance of unexpected holiday slowdowns or delays. I always want to be straight with you — some of this stuff is out of our hands, and I never want anyone in this community to be caught off guard.

If you absolutely need your item by a specific date, please choose one of the guaranteed faster options at checkout, like:

  • Next Day Air
  • Priority Mail Express
  • DHL Express

ORDER CHANGES & PROCESSING

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

We know things happen — totally get it. Once an order is placed, we usually can’t make changes, as we try to get everything moving quickly for you.

But if you reach out within the first 2 hours, we’ll try our best to help (no promises, but we’ll give it a shot).
To request a change:

  1. Make any adjustments in your account if possible

  2. Email us right away at merch@scatterbrain.com

How fast do you ship orders?

We want you to get your gear ASAP, so here’s how it goes:

  • Orders ship Monday–Friday
  • In-stock items usually leave the warehouse within 3–4 business days
  • Pre-orders have special timelines listed on each product page
  • You’ll get an email the moment your package is on the move

Just a heads up — during the holidays, things get wild for us and the carriers. We appreciate your patience and your trust more than you know.


SHIPPING & TRACKING

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

My order never arrived or something’s off — what do I do?

If anything feels wrong — missing package, weird delay, damaged order — don’t stress.
 Just email merch@scatterbrain.com with your order number and what happened.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

We don’t offer returns, but if something isn’t right with your order — maybe it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — we’ll take care of it, no questions asked.

Here’s how we handle it:

  • Shoot us an email within 30 days of your purchase
  • Make sure the item hasn’t been worn or washed
  • We’ll get a replacement sent out 100% free, because you deserve to get exactly what you ordered

  • A quick description of what happened
  • A photo, if you’ve got one

We’ll handle the rest.

Do you offer refunds?

We don’t offer refunds right now, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a replacement. Always.
